EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCELATIONS:

Tracksuitbae Studio accepts cancelations up to 3 hours after the order has been placed.  You can do so by emailing hello@tracksuitbaestudio.com please state your order number in the email.

   

EXCHANGES:

Since all DROP items are made-to-order, Tracksuitbae Studio operates an exchange only policy. (Pre-made items from our Essentials Collection are eligible for a return within 14 days from delivery)

If the item is the wrong size a customer must contact hello@tracksuitbaestudio.com within 5 days of receiving the item in order to arrange the return.

The item then must be shipped to us no later than 7 days after receiving return instructions.

Please DO NOT send the parcel back without contacting us for instructions first because the "shipping from" and return addresses may be different.

The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all labels still attached, in the original packaging. To be eligible for an exchange an item must have no marks (from make up or other) and no scents (like body, perfume or other).

Item can be exchanged to another size, item of the same value or a credit note for future purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Tracksuitbae Studio cannot be held responsible for any items lost/undelivered or damaged items during the return.

Tracksuitbae Studio can help arrange return shipping on a customers request & expense. We can book a DHL courier for you. Cost of the DHL returns are 20EUR in EU and 40EUR International

Tracksuitbae Studio covers the shipping of the exchange back to the customer.

Customer can arrange their own shipping, with a safe and reliable local post service or other safe service of their choice.

Please select a safe option for return shipping. Please label/declare your parcel as "return to sender for exchange". We cannot process any returns that do not arrive to us safely. If the parcel is lost once shipped back by a customer, Tracksuitbae Studio cannot be held responsible for the loss, and the claim must be made with the shipping provider used.

We ask that you are being mindful about this as that extra shipping adds to a very unnecessary CO2 emissions. Please make sure you really like and want the item. Ask any questions before purchasing & make an informed decision.
